About

The Game Changer is more than just an event. It’s where influential people come together to discuss the future and how to succeed in it. It takes place in Prague for the CEE market and in London for the global market. Our product is based on 23 years of experience, and is led by the F Major Group Advisory and our Innovation Studio.

AI is reshaping the global landscape. Institutions are realigning. Everything is in flux: communication, media and power. The rules are being written now.

Through curated conferences, exclusive dinners and high-stakes workshops, we bring together leaders who are eager to adapt because they are already shaping the future.

This is for those who are fully invested: C-suite visionaries, bold technologists, institutional pioneers and decision-makers with real influence.

Tickets are limited. Access is selective. But for those ready to lead the next five years, not just survive them, there is no better place to be.

Program

The Main Stage

The speed of change has broken the cycle of predictability. Innovation is no longer a department - it’s the whole game. This opening session sets the tone: bold ideas, real systems change, and the frameworks that separate signal from noise in a saturated world.

In an age of deepfakes, decentralised media, and algorithmic influence, communication has become power. This part of programme explores what’s coming next: post-platform narratives, trust infrastructure, and how message-makers will shape markets - and minds.

Data is everywhere. Intelligence is rare. This talk draws the line between hoarding and harnessing - showing how next-gen organisations transform raw data into leverage, foresight, and defensible advantage.

The next generation isn’t waiting to be invited. They're building, coding, founding, and reshaping every norm. Meet the leaders under 35 who are not just “the future” - they’re already altering the present.

Not a panel. A power shift. This session spotlights women leading at scale - across tech, policy, enterprise, and impact. Not talking about inclusion. Demonstrating what leadership looks like when women hold the pen.

AI is not a tool. It’s a terrain. This session cuts through the noise to reveal what’s real, what’s next, and what to do about it - across business models, ethics, acceleration, and the coming power structures of the machine age.

Media is no longer a mirror - it’s a weapon, a protector of democracy, a currency, and a codebase. As AI authors, attention fragments, and influence decentralises, the industry is being rebuilt in real time. This session explores the new media architecture: programmable narratives, synthetic distribution, and the next power nodes of perception.

The Post-Agency Era: Less Noise, More Relevance
The content marketing landscape is undergoing a fundamental shift. AI has made average content instant, cheap and widely accessible – which means true value is no longer in production, but in smart solutions.

This talk explores how content is evolving from static deliverables to dynamic, data-driven systems:

  • how AI frees teams from repetitive creation and enables deeper, evidence-based content strategies
  • why is cross-market, multilingual communication finally scalable without overwhelming budgets
  • and how can content libraries transform into practical knowledge tools that guide users through complex topics

The future of content isn’t higher volume, it is data-based relevance. Less output. More insight.
